Barbara Hrycun Summers

I attended University of Guelph and graduated with a BA. I attended Humber College and graduated with a Certificate in Gerontology. Until 6 months ago I worked continously in Long Term Care Facilities as a Recreation Manager for Seniors. I lived in Orangeville for 20 years, Collingwood for 3 years, Scarborough for 4 years. Henri took an early retirement and I was able to get a position in St. Catharines, and we moved completely to Niagara on the Lake in October 2008. We love it here. We spend our time with our two dogs, cat, parrot, rabbit, fish. When we are not here, we are at the cottage in Dorset, near Huntsville. Hobbies......walking, biking, boating, gardening. Life is very good to us!

Sadie Hawkins dances were always funny. Asking boys we thought we liked and ended up bored stiff sitting on the bleachers all evening. We did have some good dances in our area. Our lunches were spent across the road at Jimmy's chinese food restaurant, eating, what else,.....french fries.
