* IN 1998 to Humber Town area and completed my 4th lifetime renovation while selling and with family
* Moved back into the Eringate Area with a renovation project on Margrath Place!
* 2007 Joined Hi tech company Right at home Realty and Finished another Renovation on Margrath Place just down the street from school and Parents still live on Richland Cres, and Refuse to move ...even though Son is in RealEstate sales and I can save them commission Monies!!
*Still plays guitar and singing (Karaoke and sometimes with Live Band) when the mood fits. Often in Mississauga and or Oakville Burlington, even Collingwood locals! I have Purchased a Rental Property In Central - West Wasaga Beach.
* Often sees my old Friends from school shopping in the Eringate / Wellesworth area or their ailing parents.
Since 2011, Temporarily moved to a waterfront property, and have recently enjoyed Sailing, Scuba Diving, even sky-diving and Still LOVE to Dance!!.
* 2017 still living down on Waterfront Lakeshore Property overlooking Lake Ontario. Beautiful Views overlooking the EYC & Mimico Boating & Sailing Yacht Club. an Ideal Place for windsurfing from! Will be buying Dry Suit & /or Kit surfing Kit. My Girlfriend and I go Kayaking on Lake Ontario often!

I joined back up with my Wellesworth/ Hollycrest School friends in 1972 for the last year of High School.Grade 13... I was tired of walking to Silverthorne for their S,T&T PROGRAM which has paid off big time for my Real Estate Career.

Continued on a Ryerson3 Year Education where I graduated with a Marketing / Management Diploma in 1976. Got a Job straight of the College Recruiting Program.

Yes, music was one of my passions and will be exploring Ballroom Dance lessons in 2014/5. My Parents were Extravagant Ballroom Dance teachers.
Have many interests, its just making the time to follow and enjoy them.

Our Mother is still alive and occasionally Wheel chair Dancing with the other seniors at the Sunrise Retirement Home close by. We still Miss Dad...
