Track and Field; Volleyball; Basketball was good fun & great coaches!

almost dropped out the semester my Mom showed up as one of the "lunch bags" in the caf -- thx Lela!!

first introduced my wife to the VMCI gang via 3-day Ottawa river rafting trip in '06 [36 of us!]...we traveled down the river each day and camped out at night...body surfing down the rapids was off-the-hook!
